- Be Grateful
- Radiate - Be the Light like the Sun & Stars.
- Balance rising & shining.
- Be resilient to crashing & burning.
- Grit is the fuel you need to persevere and prosper.
- Be willing to begin again.
- Network, Network, Network to Serve Well.
“My Regenerative Farming Playbook”
Five Check Points:
1 - Ecosystem - Create a farm specific analysis and action plan based on input from experts. Local Soil & Water and Forestry provide the expertise.
2 - Knowledge - Reach into the endless supply of Inputs but focus on only a few objectives at a time. This means Scaling your Ideas into ‘project sets’ that can pivot. Be Humble. Embrace acceptance of Mother Nature in Harmony with Possibilities.
3 - Skills - Learn, Hire, Share, Develop, and repeat. Expertise is learned by doing. Iron sharpens iron, learn by investing the effort. Kindness Matters and Sweat is required.
4 - Experience - Early to bed and early to rise, daylight is precious. Protect yourself from injury and sun. You will get dirty. Buy Gloves. Leave muddy boots at the Door. Dress in layers to strip down before coming in the house.
5 - Resources - Know you don’t know it all. Sort out the gems from the stones.
Give yourself time to read, watch, listen, and comprehend. Your time is valuable and not all people have something valuable to say. Follow the actual Farmer not the herd.
All the Best!
